PRE-SESSION: Please fill out the 3-part Intake Questionnaire (download below) and email, fax or mail to me. This allows me the opportunity to study your case beforehand, in order to choose the most effective type of session(s) for you.

After I receive and review your Intake Questionnaire, I will contact you to schedule an appointment. In the interim, please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

THE SESSION: The amount of time a session takes is dependent upon your needs. The average client spends 1½ to 2 hours in my office, with the actual hypnosis taking 20 to 45 minutes.
