Pre-Session consultancy...clients fill out a 3-part Intake Questionnaire (download below) and mail, fax or email to me at least one week before the session. Then, I consult with each client over the phone (at no charge) to further discuss their needs and what they are seeking from hypnotherapy.

This allows me time to study each client's case beforehand, in order to choose the most effective type of session for each. It also allows me to efficiently prepare for each session and, in the process, I learn how deep each client is willing to go. This allows for a more successful session.

The Session...The amount of time a session takes is dependent upon the client and each client's needs. Sessions last from one to three hours -- dependent upon how much time is required. Much of the time during an initial session is spent counseling with the client. The actual hypnosis can range from 20 minutes to an hour. Once again, this assessment is based upon my clients' needs.
